Recently I made a purchase of 10 S9 Antminers from Bitmain. And I received two emails from them quoting:

This email is to inform you that we will issue coupons for the follow batches
Customers who have purchased and fully paid the following two batches of S9 miner on our website (
https://shop.bitmain.com/) will receive a 250USD coupon for each miner purchased.
Sent - Mar 28
Dear customer,
Thank you very much for your purchase of our products.
This email is to inform you that we will issue coupons for the following batches, with ship-out dates on or after 21 February 2018.
Those who have purchased and fully paid for a miner in any of the following batches of the Antminer S9 miner on our website (
https://shop.bitmain.com/) will receive a 420USD coupon for each miner purchased.
So in total I have received from Bitmain 20 Coupons (10 worth of $250/coupon and the other 10 worth of $420/coupon). The total value of my coupons is $6700.
Now I am looking for some serious buyer who is interested to profit from this offer and I am willing to negotiate with him on his terms by providing his escrow solution or whatever works best for him.
Please note that:
1. The coupons can be applied to only new purchases of the
Antminer S9, L3+, T9+, A3, V9, D3 or X3.
2. Any coupon value that is worth 200USD or more cannot be used to purchase an Antminer
V9 or
D3.
3. More than one coupon cannot be used for the purchase of one miner. (if you want to spend all coupons on one single miner, you have to make orders individually, for example: 1 Unit/Order).

Coupons can be transferred to other users’ accounts on
www.bitmain.com.
Escrow will be needed, or localbitcoin so the exchange can happen,
