Indeed they are slow, you can have 1 Gh/s for BTC0.1 at cex. You can check my sig. Buying hardware is too risky especially when it's expensive, while in transit, the difficulty rises thus losing more profit. Cex is setting up your mining power right away.

I get 1.33 Gh/s from my block eruptor's and 1gh/s for 0.1btc that' seems high. To make any good money mining I would think you need at least 1TH/s

Begging will get you nowhere, but making it a rep loan lowers your chances at getting some lenders even more.
You're a newbie, and by now you should know that mining probably won't help you reach the ROI.
