Instead of concerning about rank and merit why not focus on studying and learning some rules of the forum. Once you will have enough knowledge then only you can think about other stuffs.

Instead of concerning about rank and merit why not focus on studying and learning some rules of the forum. Once you will have enough knowledge then only you can think about other stuffs.

There are many threads here about how to rank up and I think the search button(magnifying glass) can help you to search the thread you need.
Anyway, you can rankup by posting here in the forum and always be active, help others by posting helpful and informative post can help you receive merit and rankup.

i would say it's really difficult to increase the rank based on this merit system ,because the harsh truth is merits aren't given validly and lower rank members are generally neglected here moreover the people who were active here already got advantage with this and they are already in top ranks ,only people new to this forum has to puddle a lot.I mean a lot.

Help users here,and gain some knowledge about cryptos which helps you in writing an explanation ,and luckily you might get merit with it.

From your newbie rank to junior member rank updates, you don't need any merit before you can rank up but from junior member upwards, you need to get a merit requirements in addition to the activities updates before you go higher.

Frankly speaking, at this stage you should not focus on improving your rank because it is something that will happen automatically. This forum is all about seeking and sharing knowledge about Bitcoin, altcoins and blockchain technology and if you don't have anything to share then you can always spend time in reading and learning as much as you can. You will get merit points whenever someone will find your content valuable and I don't see any wise approach in artificially trying to improve rank.

Posting was the only thing you must but now you should post at high quality and look for topics where you can get merits etc which is hard for those making trash posts.

You could find information about this almost everywhere on forum but making it as easy as it is possible: be active, kind, helpful and your rank will be increasing very fast.

Getting merit on the forum is not on a silver platter. You need to create posts that are more or less understandable and interesting where people with sendable merits can give you some. The issue is to post sensibly.

I think you need to make good meaningful posts that help others. If the post is good I think the section is not a matter. By default you can go up to Jr member without getting any merits. But form Jr level you will need merits to go up.

Definitely activities and merit need to rank up your bitcointalk account. Then try to make helpful posts on here. The merit will be given by random bitcontalk members. If they like your posts, they will give you merit.
