Yes, I can say that I never think that I will see such prices for 250-300$ for Ethereum again ).

Hell yeah, I am surprised. But on the other hand, ETH ICO price was only 0,36 USD. So compared to other infrastructure projects Ethereum is still up around 250x. So I think such a downtrend is reasonable at this point in time.

The price of Ethereum, like other altcoins, depends on the price of bitcoin. This is the main reason for the fall in the price of Ethereum.

I've post on a topic, I couldnt find atthe moment but, ETH price was around 500 USD.
i had guessed ETH will walk around 250-750 USD for a while.
So I sold a bit from 500USDs, than bought back from 260USDs.
As I said, if you know when you buy, sell and hold the cryptos, any price ok.

The main reason in my opinion is that a lot of the failed ICO on the Etherium block chain, the team collects Poole, the project fails and they sell Eth at any price just to earn money because of this, the price is very sinking, by itself Eth is a great project and he is not to blame in this situation.

I am not surprised because no single coin can survive or maintain it's price when the whole cryptocurrency market is negative and bitcoin price is on a downward spin! Ethereum however will rise back!

The value of most of the coins is currently suprising, the A quality coin like ETH has been sinking in value in the resent past, seemingly the red zone has dealt it a major blow which has caused lots op panic sales and dumping,  however, we all know its capabilities and there are chances that the coin will spring up yet a gain with time, the only thing to do therefore is to hold on

I dont, ETH has established itself as a strong coin however, the market nature remains, and it affect all coins especially the strong one.

ETH/BTC pair is in a downtrend. So BTC/USD will recover much faster than ETH/USD (to keep ETH/BTC still in the downtrend).
Many bad news about ETH coming everyday: ETH will be replaced by NEO, EOS... a new coin, and so on.
Internally, ETH upgrade (POS, Casper, Sharding, Plasma....) has No progress and no specific plan.

The downtrend may finish only when Buterin and his team announces about the upgrade & improvement

Yes really surprised me, the price of ETH just a few days going down 50% from $500 to $250. This is beyond my prediction and i was predict the support level for ETH is around $400. Anything can be happen in crypto so never forget to use stop loss in trading. But ETH has great future and the price will be back going up later to $1200 again.

That would be the scenario on the price of ether right now and what seem to be the cause on all of this downfall? I thought that it is just a normal thing and everything will be back to normal soon enough but looks like i am wrong because the downfall trend seems not stopping.

So the price of ETH at the moment is very amazing and I certainly do not like it because it is a very bad price and I will wait for the growth of ETH and only then will I sell different tokens

yeah a little bit , because I didn't expect this much price drop but I know crypto market is very volatile . however I won't be a panic seller in this bad market
