I'm not surprised at all. A lot of money was cashout from crypto. But i think the market will recover once investors will come back with more money. And one more thing, i'm not agree with what i read about what Vitalik Buterin say (i read that he said that crypto will not grow with 1000x anymore).

I remember warning a friend a while back. Not that my prediction about it was right at all, It was based on Ethereum having bad fundamentals, which it doesn't. I thought that Ethereum's blockchain is too bloated and that should drive price down.

the consensus seems to be that due to all the ICOs hosted by ETH, seems like logical reasoning, so it's not that surprising.
people buy into ICOs with ETH > company sells it for fiat

seems logical, and now that the ICO frenzy is over, maybe ETH by itself doesn't justify its pice

Don't worry about that. The people who lose interest are not really on our side anyway. Eventually the value of cryptocurrency will become self apparent. That is maybe only 5 years away. Those people will come back eventually.
