I do not think this will be a smart decision. Because bitcoin is a king of the cryptocurrency market, ETH is never comparable to it.
Selling bitcoins to buy ETH is a risky and risky decision. Although ETH has a very low price, its recovery will not be as good as bitcoin. So hold the bitcoin and wait. Hope you will agree with my opinion.

Dont sell it because it will pump soon try to check indicators on graph theres a bear and bull so the price are still playing lets wait for the price pumps and then sell that then buy again if the price low this will makes you profit the thing I said is called trading.

No you should sell just wait for more when the price is profitable and also dont trade btc for eth because the price of eth only depends on bitcoin so its a foolish idea to change your bitcoin portfolio to eth and the stats you give simply says that the eth is losing than bitcoin so what the point of the change you would make.

I think by doing that, you will see how much you believed in it back then that led you to investing into it.Technical indicators show buyers are trying to breach past the $6,600 zone but have been unsuccessful so far. LET Q1 to over and in half Q2 if you still see the same trend, then go ahead. I personally think all entertainment will begin at Q3 so hodl it.

for me.. follow your heart.. I mean do what you think you can maximize your profit.. either btc or eth, as long as you can gain something out what your going to do.. and as long as your happy of the decision you've made.. that's the most important thing.. but in my opinion ill stay in bitcoin.. why?? even there's a lot of adversaries out there.. like regulation, banned on banks, and many more.. still bitcoin has a great value compare to Gold.. which backs all of the currencies in the world.. think about that concept.. that this is about paper bills and coins we carry all the way we go.. we go and have some credit cards and more.. and for that reason ill go to bitcoin as were going into digital currency world someday.. and bitcoin got the leading score compare to other coins or alt-coins.. thank you so much..

We may have a different perspective but I'm respecting yours. If you think that's the best thing for you to do then go for it. But for me I will still hold on my bitcoin and focusing on making it grow. I still believe that bitcoin will rise up and its value gonna get high again. Sometimes its situation is bothering me but it doesn't made me think that way as yours.

why do you give up to decide to plan to sell your bitcoin on the cheap? it is a very detrimental action to you, you should not give up and always the spirit if you get the loss you should play altcoin and take advantage of market conditions that have a very high trading volume every day to seek profits and recover assets from the losses you experience, essentially there are still many ways to do recovery and never give up, patience is the main key in I suggest you trading in binaries market that has a very high daily trading volume.

when you decide at the first time of the prices downfall to hold, i think you should do that until the prices recovered. because when you do the selling term in the deep dip like right now, it is kinda not good prices to selling your coin. and thats mean you are need to prepare to facing the worst schema of your action.

It's up to you because it is your bitcoin and no one will decide for you. However, in my own opinion bitcoin will recover after all the negative news and bear market will be finally over. I just don't know when but if you can hold your bitcoin and wait for the bullrun then sell on your preferred price.
