Hi All,
I have couple of questions:
1. When Ethereum went ICO long ago, what did the SEC do about it not being registered as securities?
2. During the 2017 ICO boom, why SEC did not do anything about unregistered ICOs?
3. Going forward with the new wave of regulations, what is the future of Ethereum and ICOs?

Thanks so much

I, personally cannot say anything about the future of ICOs, because the steam of them can be stopped in the reason of lots of worthless projects.
