Hello Aussies!

Thanks for reading this thread. I have a few questions regarding your Postal System that I was not able to locate myself, I am hoping someone can shed some light.

I am looking to expand my inventory to Australia. Currently, I am able to print labels, attach them to a box, and ship them here in the USA via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. This is easily accessible from their API's online and makes things go very quickly and easily.

However, for Australia, it's like pulling teeth finding out any information. Can you guys help out?

  • What is your normal procedure for shipping a package via pre-paid label?
  • What shipping services offer print-n-ship that cover your country Online?
  • I notice that UPS is located in some areas, are they reliable and terribly expensive?
  • What's the average rate for a 17lb item via UPS on the aus. site via Ground?
  • What shipping services offer business pickups?

I'm having a hard time believing that you need to physically go to Auspost to ship an item out. If you can provide any further information regarding this it'd be much appreciated! Thank you! :)
