Minecraft. Any day.
I started playing Minecraft on Beta 1.2 or 1.3, it was great. But now it's full of little kids who can't play the game. Agreed. Most of the kids don't join the TS servers, so just find one, find a proper bud who can do something other than hit people with a sword, and then play. K/D ratio 316:1 for the win! |

I'm fairly certain this game won't have been mentioned before but I'm going to be playing this game called Natural Selection 2 at some point and it actually looks pretty good, it's an FPS/RTS hybrid that for once doesn't seem to suffer badly from the problems that many of it's counterparts have, not throwing my weight behind it though until I get to play it properly and see if anything is horribly broken or overpowered.
The only issue I can really see the game is maybe a slight over-reliance on the commander and researching weapons upgrades.

Yes, that's true.. And all of those empty rewards for completing missions, and minor xp boost couldn't fill the void for that RPG feeling. |

I should distinguish genres here. Because the best fighting game is not exactly the same as the best MMORPG or racing game. After all how exactly are you going to compare Battlefield to Diablo?
