are you using TOR / VPN / Proxy?

Some TOR nodes are banned, so just change the server

nope. I use an old java phone at work and a normal pc at home. As a matter of fact i got this message only when i used my phone. And if i close the browser(opera mini) then reopen it i can post and send pm's.

If you were banned it wouldn't be (just) your ip, so collateral damage.

You ARE using a proxy on your phone. Opera mini routes all traffic trough Opera's servers.

Also be careful trusting JavaScript with that browser as it too gets sent through their servers.
