Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

It won't matter much because their existence is not so big and it won't hamper the advertising of ICO projects at all. Also I do feel that advertising bans won't affect the current market in anyway because it's just medium through which ICO projects generate their leads but lets understand that this is not the only way to out reach mega crowd whatsoever.

There are many other ways to promote them and hundreds of advertising networks already available in the market. The exhcnagers will take lead in this regard to help advertise ICO projects. Off course forum will be the another place where the load will increase hevaily.
