I had same with my avira antivirus pro, restore file and save in white list.

False positive- quite common situation but once whitelisted on your antivirus program is absolutely fine.

Im not sure if i understand what you trying to say... do you want buy LTCP?
If you sent deposit (btc) to stock.exchange and they are not cleared in your account dont blame the coin men.
Did you never use exchange before?? Especially stock exchange is kind of suspicious exchange and i stop using it personally for that reason. Any deposit on any coin taking ages and they probably using users funds to trade..
