That they have no competition in smart contract tech that is doing what they are doing with ICO investments at the moment.
Athough it seems to me that this is not so, but I could not find evidence that they are deceiving us...

The exchange output will be on December 15th.
Usually roadmap represents a concrete steps for further development. The ICO Roadmap aims to give a general guidance on how ICOs are conducted. Basically that is the main thing to find out future plans and it's not containing any tech data
