I want to use blockchain technology for advertising industry.

I found https://conn3x.io/, their concept is smart job solutions.

Can the same blockchain technology concept (conn3x.io) be used for advertising industry?

I have a team of like minded friends who can help me execute this project.

I need your feedback on this idea.

First time I hear about these guys, will have to check it out.

Anyway you can apply blockchain to almost anything that has some data. What most companies are trying to build is open and transparent blockchain. So either you will create your own coin/token or use existing blockchains such as ethereum, waves, neo or any other is a question of choice. Also I will advise you to look into the SWOT analysis before starting, just to see and understand the area you are getting invloved in. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, if you don't know about it, look it up.

Many ICOs or blockchain projects fail due to people who are developing such projects are not all in on the project and because this is tough market. Be sure to work a lot if you end up at the end of developing your project. Good Luck

Given the number of shitcoins and trash ICOs that keep popping up, I would suggest you ask yourself one question first:

Considering my concept/idea/project, why do I need blockchain technology? What will blockchain technology allow me to achieve, that I would not be able to achieve without it?

If your answer to that question is simply to sell a coin, run an ICO, and raise funds, then, like so many others, you fall in to the category of "shitcoin".

More specifically, there are already a number of coins and projects applying blockchain technology to advertising. BitClave, as an example, aims to pay its users for allowing companies to access their data and advertise to them.* There are many more examples you can find with a simple internet search.

the concept does sound good and may be perfect for what you need. but before you work with them, you should be able to get a review of them. whether it has had positive feedback or none at all. because many risks that may be your responsibility

There are plenty of projects doing same stuff.Some one them are even backed up by bug names and have decently executed their ICO's. Advertising  is not a fresh niche if you ask me,of course if you want to digress from digital advertising to banners/media/newspapers then it will be a different thing altogether.
