Not sure if I was in on time.. regardless.. thanks... I was wondering how one uses these paper wallets. Can they only be scanned from a certain place?. How would I withdraw/transfer funds to another wallet?? I am not up on how to use the paper wallets. Thank you if you have time for simple explanation.

You can give address to anybody and they'll put the funds in your address. It will remain safe untill you want to withdraw it. You can withdraw by putting your pass. The whole process is described in page 4 of this thread,... There are links for the same. its also called cold storage as money remains out of reach of anybody who doesn't have the pass.
