What collateral are you offering? If you dont have valid collateral 120% of what youre asking (read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0) , no one will be interested, especially since these wanna-be crypto startups are usually extremely high risk or scams. Usually both.

"Collateral" is for the security of the lender in case of default so that the lender can cut their losses. Offer a valid collateral or go away. I and other lenders here accept stable altcoins 120-150% of the loan value as valid collateral.

I think 25% would be too much because if you really have a good project the valuation would be too big and 25% means you are killing yourself. And if the project is not good enough or fail to take off then its fine to give 25% or so. Instead of asking for investors just take a loan and repay and keep the share with yourself.
