Introduction

Hello, I'm a sysadmin and a crypto enthousiast for the last 3 years.
I've been interested in LISK for over one year but I'm sad about what the DPOS system have become. Now, it only make a Lisk mafia richer while sharing only dust to voters and especially small ones.
I want make all Lisk holders get a better share of reward with their votes.

80% forging rewards share between voters
5 x 100 Lisk in a monthly lottery for voters
Weekly payment for balances over 1 Lisk (0.1 transfer fee is paid by the pool)
Voting power capped for big Lisk holders (maximum 1% of the pool)

Contributions

Once in forging position I intend to deploy many more servers for Mainnet and Testnet over the world to keep the Lisk network secured and truly decentralized. I will also keep 5-10% of the forging rewards in a fund for Lisk contributors.
I personaly think that all delegates should share at the very least 50% of the forging rewards, we are very far from it. To move the lines I've made this guide: >>> LISK most profitable voting strategy <<< with the first intent to remove so-called "Elite" greedy delegates (fact: at least 1/3 of Elite voters won't be paid because they do not vote for all their delegates) and to promote delegate who will share 50% or more without any conditions.

Ending Statement

I want to make the DPOS structure of Lisk truly decentralized and not only held by a group of person, and I want to make it more profitable for every Lisk holders (especially the small ones).
We can only do it with a long term vision, not keeping the actual status-quo and blindly voting for the actually forging delegates.
Everybody should end Elite dictatorship and stop/remove voting for them, for a better and more fair Lisk ecosystem.
