It is very unlikely that you could buy those tokens on ICO but since the market is a crap I don´t think you will have to buy them on the NEX exchange at a good price.

Just waiting until nex token will be listed in exchange site. It's much better rather than forced yourself to participate in the nex ico through broker or anything like that. There is no guarantee your broken is very trusted. Just put your low order and then waiting it will be filled. It looks like you are taking the risk for yourself.

Then you can buy this token directly on the exchange.
Because of the current bear market, NEX may fall below the issue price, so you don't need to worry too much.

same as me, while nex is one of the ico I most been waiting for this year, but they have stated that citizens from my country can not participate in their ico. it's a shame if i missed it
