Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

according to my know the special ssl services never for sell ,just need you apply for it as a company.

Are you referring to an SSL certificate?  There are reputable companies and non-profits offering them for free.  Take a look at this article for a list of options:

Note:  Even though the article is focused on email certificates, those can also be used for enable https on a website.
