Replying with very skeptical interest.
It doesn't look like you're trying to raise anything like enough money to do a decent ASIC run. What are your actual plans? An FPGA conversion? If so, what kind of hashrate are you getting with your current FPGA prototype, as the results will be comparable?
You also don't mention anything about your background or the other people (if any) working on your project. Do you have the background to pull this off?

I think he is planning on buying a scrypt asic from another company, is not developing one.

1,000 x 0.05 BTC is roughly $10,000 USD which is a far far cry from having even an FPGA -> lame Asic conversion. Hell, that wouldn't even cover a low volume tape out.

The vendor doesn't appear to be far enough in the process to justify collecting funds towards a group buy/collective purchase. Also, why not keep dividends in LTC?

I have raised the cap to 150BTC. I don't have a website, its simply a spreadsheet to keep track of shareholders for the time being. |
