Difference of "Respect" to "the right thing to do"
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Respect is one of mankind’s most noble sentiments. The highest levels of respect are always earned – never given. One of the best ways to show respect for someone, is to allow others to have and express their own point of views and truly listen - regardless of whether we agree with them or not. And that is the right thing to do.

Well i don't see a clear connection between these two things that you're trying to differentiate dude. Respect can be attributed also to the right thing to do. Respect means you value how your actions will affect other people.

Respect is a positive feeling of deep admiration for someone. Respect is earned and never just given. Before you carry out the decision ask around what you think you are doing is the right thing to do. Never ignore advice.

Respect is what you gave to people when you know they commit mistakes either big or small but you have respect on them so you are going to accept it, and when you say right thing to do is when you know that they made a big mistakes, and you correct them by reporting or saying it directly to them for them to accept it because you have respect on them.

Respecting other people and anything else is important because of your respect for them you will have respect for yourself and the right thing to do is your kind of correcting the wrong things even if you say your friend or family You have this big or small thing. Just fix the mistake they have. This is what should be done

If you know that the person is doing bad amd they will say let him be. Rspect him. I dont think it is the right thing to do. We can still correct him without losing the respect. Its a matter of how you explain it to him. We can still show respect to people and at the same time correcting them. We do that because we are concern to them and we love them.

Respect mostly is placing a value on something or someone. The higher the value of a thing is to a person then the more they will regard it and take it into consideration. Doibg the right thing on the other hand is performing an action that is in accordance to a person's code. Whatever code it may be, moral, societal or religious, an action is performed in accordance to said rules. Both respect and doing the right thing is subjective snd would depend from perain to person.

Maybe OP is trying to express the right thing to do but we're reluctant to do so. It's because of the respect we have for a particular person. That's the right thing, but because we respect it, we discourage to do the right thing. For example, when we want to interrupt an older person in public. We feel uncomfortable, because it's not polite. that doesn't mean we don't interrupt, we'll interrupt it, but we'll do it personally.
In short, between respect and the right thing to do, the difference is in the ethics.

Why is it hard to forgive those people we love that disappoints us. Like, we love them because we lpve. No excuses. Whether we are betrayed or not right?

It depends what social system you find yourself in. In prison 'respect' could be bottling someone over the head, that does not make it the right thing to do though does it. I think there are cases of people dong the right thing that might make people respect them less. Respect is sort of an ego thing, or something others project onto you at least

Both respect and the right thing to do us subjective and is highly dependent on a person's moral code or absence thereof. Respect is where a person views a another person or an object or anything with value. The higher it's percieved appraisal the higher a person respects it. Doing the right thing is the application of a moral code of a person. Doing the right thing and respect depends from person to person. It doesn't mean that a person lived in the same place that they will have the same respect and doing of the right thing.
