i withdrawal GAME (GameCredits) total 650$. be 3 week and i still waiting. yobit did not send. but write completed transfer.. my balance zero. i cant contact yobit bcz dont reply tickets. what can i do Sad

They are popular for not replying or having delays in any coins during withdrawals. But if it says that the transfer has been completed, have you checked it out if its confirmed in the network of gamecredits? Check it here https://blockexplorer.gamecredits.com/
If it wasn't on the network then the problem is really with yobit. There's nothing you can do now but to wait for their resolution, most of the complains here are taking so long and there are some problems that does have solution automatically without any reply from yobit.

It looks like YoBit haven't upgraded their Gamecredits wallet. They have the worst support in the whole crypto ecosystem so I guess the only thing that can be done is to wait and hope that they will upgrade their wallet soon and you will possibly be able to withdraw your coins again.

Yeah, they have the worst customer support. I even offered to work for free just to help out with tickets. Grin wait it out, eventually they'll get to your problem. Your best bet, after the problem is splved, is to switch to some other service provider. If they notice they're losing customers, they just might do something about the effectiveness of their support.

Forget about them.They're on their path to become the next Mt.Goxx provided they will do it with a warning "We told you ,you should have not trusted us".So remove whatever you have there while you still can.

You withdrew it from Yobit to your Wallet (web, qt wallet or an exchange wallet)? If the wallet/exchange where you send it to is on the correct chain, that's a problem. It's possible that the transaction was really completed, but you did not receive because of the chain issue. Anyway, still double check with the explorer like @bhadz said.

If there will be next time, be sure to check the wallet status first before making any transaction (this applies to other exchanges as well).

I feel your pain,my friend.Being someone who watches this shit through a filter which perceives things intelligently,I feel sad for all those shit coin traders who are going to be the scape-goats of these centralised exchanges.Don't be surprised if you see a bank which deals with crypto related stuff.

Well, unleast to the ones that are answering their support tickets haha well I haven't been using that much of exchanges but there muat be some that are somewhat good, unleast better than yobit.

I Have seen so many complains about yobit, pointing out that yobit is a scam, check reputation section, there are so many transactions which are transparent for yobit to fixed but 1-3 working days takes a whole month and adds if they don't want to take action, I have not throw a vote into your poll because i don't wanna say some accusations without I myself Proving it. Check other option aside from yobit.

If all is being confirmed then it would really be already a yobits issue.Contacting their support would really be pain in the ass and all experienced traders or users of this exchange do knows that.They do have the title on having the worst support ever of an exchange.All you need to do is to wait. Mate, I don't think there is something you can do about that than wait till when they send your coin and that is not guarantee. This why people are not advice to keep there coin on exchange. However, a lot negative comment was said in the crypto community concern Yobit since last year.

Checking out the situation if the balance is empty then most probably this is on yobits issue.

How come a newbie wont able to send a message? As far as i know you can able to send message but having a restriction or limit on a specified time.

Believe me, I know. I've been using them for a few months one time, every other week I've had to open a ticket and wait for a few days to get a reply. That's why I've said that I offered to work for free to speed it up a little. :p

Well they're the worst exchange by far, I think most of us can agree on that, and I don't know why are people still using them.

my funds still empty tx id not wrong. i contact GameCredits and reply :

 So basically what I'm about to say isn't a nice thing, but if the blockchain hasn't got a roll-back (we do have such system in place which kicks in after 72 hours if there is no progress on a transaction) in place after a long time out the funds will be dropped back to a pool for new mining. Personal opinion is that there is a chance that the funds are lost. Do have in mind that every ICO or even exchange for cryptocurrency is more or less stating their own rules and system. The main thing that cannot be changed is the transaction. The bottom line is keeping trying to contact Yobit until they have some reply on this matter. There is nobody else that can help out with this.

Again, this is totally up to Yobit, if they would like to refund you or not. I would say that it will be a great gesture from their side, but at the same time, it's entirely up to them to make that decision.

I can understand your frustration, but you're having several key systems and ownerships mixed-up.
The reason that we cannot do anything directly is due tot he setup of blockchain technology, we cannot see what is happening on other 3rd party systems. We can provide our updated blockchain to them in order for them to update their system, but this is what we can do at most.
Now, we have contacted Yobit several times regarding this issue as it is affecting quite some of our customers, not to mention reputation-wise. At this point we're doing whatever we can from our side, but the main point of contact still remains Yobit.

Oh, "Allow newbies to send you PMs" option should be checked in the Personal Message Options page of the account.

Sorry, nothing we (users here) could say anymore as GameCredits confirmed that it's indeed yobit and only them could help you.

every other week I've had to open a ticket and wait for a few days to get a reply.



When I used yobit I sent a ticket requesting help from them and they only answered me 4 months later and on the ticket they said to wait for them to solve the problem and they would contact me and they apologize for the delay because the delay was due to the fact that they did not have much staff to attend many ticket support. well, it's been years and I've never received their ticket again

I also lost my money because of yobit, so I decided to quit yobit, see that I had sold my GPU to buy bitcoin and then bought a coin in yobit, but the next day yobit delist the coin because the coin dev was making spam in yobit chat, I bought for 400 satoshi and immediately the coin drop to 2 satoshi, they did not care about people who bought the coin, but this is a case I do not like to comment.

Get out of yobit and forget yobit.

i withdrawal GAME (GameCredits) total 650$. be 3 week and i still waiting. yobit did not send. but write completed transfer.. my balance zero. i cant contact yobit bcz dont reply tickets. what can i do Sad
They are popular for not replying or having delays in any coins during withdrawals. But if it says that the transfer has been completed, have you checked it out if its confirmed in the network of gamecredits? Check it here https://blockexplorer.gamecredits.com/
If it wasn't on the network then the problem is really with yobit. There's nothing you can do now but to wait for their resolution, most of the complains here are taking so long and there are some problems that does have solution automatically without any reply from yobit.

This belongs to Exchanges.
If all is being confirmed then it would really be already a yobits issue.Contacting their support would really be pain in the ass and all experienced traders or users of this exchange do knows that.They do have the title on having the worst support ever of an exchange.All you need to do is to wait. Try to message their account on this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594 but sadly its last logged in February 28, 2018, 04:49:47 PM.
We all bet it that it's an issue for yobit's side, a trader will not complain if everything goes correct and properly. By just reading others experience by only contacting the support ticket of yobit, it's really amusing on how they are so turtle in giving response to the complains. And the gamecredits dev are even faster to reply with the problems that are being brought up to them so props to them but to yobit, I know @OP you will have a very bad day due to this.
