Seems like someone has too many skeincoins. Tried to buy out a lot of it to bump the price but it always results in even lower price than before I've touch it on the next day...hope it will grow at some day though, but not with my help anymore Smiley

And how much did you buy)))

When revived coin, the market was 840 000. Now less than 650 000. Buy for 1 Bitcoin. You mean you bought 200 000 coins?

The coin in March will cost $80. Now there is a huge work on the restoration of the coin. Read the road map.

Who is doing the development?

Niels Ferguson - Stefan Lucks - Bruce Schneier - Doug Whiting - Mihir Bellare - Tadayoshi Kohno - Jon Callas - Jesse Walker

It's the developers

Who is hiding on KENDRA we do not know. All developers will be listed on the site. We're followers.

KENDRA doesn't answer me. I've been writing it since August.

We're looking for a programmer.

The professional team is selected. There are big investors. We have everything to make this coin no worse than DASH or Monero

We have a name. The coin is developed by scientists in the world of cryptography. They're real.

October 29, 2008

One contender, which was disclosed today, is "Skein," developed by Bruce Schneier with colleagues Niels Ferguson, Stefan Lucks, Doug Whiting, Mihir Bellare, Tadayoshi Kohno, Jon Callas and Jesse Walker.

Working together as friends, these security experts have jobs at Microsoft, Bauhaus-Universitat Weimar, BT Group, Hifn, the University of California, the University of Washington, PGP and Intel.

Although Skein may look like something from some "powerful industry consortium," its creators point out in their 75-page document submission that this is not the case.

"Our employers have kindly agreed to let us do this work, but most of it was done on our own time," Skein's creators say. "Really, they have only the vaguest idea what we're doing." The Skein collective adds: "We had lots of fun."

Skein "is really fast, really flexible," says Schneier, chief security technology officer of BT Group. "It's really simple and secure."

NIST notes that such a lengthy process worked well in selecting the Advanced Encryption Standard back in 2002 as the more modern symmetric cipher to replace the aging Data Encryption Standard.

We have started in 2002.

We will be happy to see the emergence of KENDRA in the community. We will be glad to all who will join us and together we shall develop the project SKEIN.

If you want to use a Windows wallet, which is on skeincoin.co, first make a private key before transferring your Skeincoin! It’s possible that your antivirus immediately removes the wallet. Therefore, make sure that everything is fine, that the wallet isn’t removed.

Hello,
your coin looks quite interesting to me, may I ask if there is a paperwallet?
I am a total beginner with cryptos (did some research for like two weeks) and there are two things that always frighten me:
1. the security issue
2. the complexity (which is also related to security because mistakes make you lose your coins)

I can speak for myself and many friends that are in the same situation: we are not technically versed
enough as most developers assume and I think this is true for 95% of a population, which could be potential customers.
What I want to say: if you spend some time to make things really easy and secure, your coin would be way more attractive than others. Of course, you may argue that it is rather easy and blablabla (=technical stuff nearly nobody understands) but neglecting this means that you forego easy and big money- remember, even old grannies etc. have also stored money waiting to be invested.

At the moment I only know this paperwallet https://walletgenerator.net/
I consider it the safest method (on an offline computer)- if I download your wallet, does it already contain the private key (meaning someone who has already access to the PC at the time of download will also have access to the private key hence the wallet itself)? I do not want to use a hardware ledger because I read too many stories that they did not work at some occassions and that you have to update them regularly etc.- this is not an option for me, I want to store it offline and copy it if I want to or write it down or whatever.

Thank you for answering my questions, I hope you will have a successful year 2018!
