Buying accounts isn't against the forum rules,it is just not encouraged to do so especially in such exact cases that is buying a legendary account to do ICO related stuff.Why would one need a high ranked account to work with ICO's anyway ?

Oh shit wait, this "densuj" is very familiar to me and is actually a friend of mine. I'll ask him IRL if he really sold the account.

Ok so the original owner of the account actually sent me a PM back in 2017 telling me that his account is hacked/lost. You can call me stupid but I kinda forgot it and he was also like just let go of it. Here's the PM from the original account owner:
