Hello everybody. I've created Telegram group for BT users. I think we can discuss different questions in this group and help Newbies to improve their knowledge about forum. Does anyone know what flood % means for the combot bot in telegram. I know the higher then number the worse it is. I assume it means flooding the group with useless information.
