Your question isn't clear enough. If you plan to mine CPU based coins, then start to find the coins. If you plan to build GPUs rig, then buy some graphics card. Then what else you need to know?

If you want to mine with CPU (because you have not been specific), I guess you could check out this topic ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2683343.0) . Its a discussion about most profitable coins to mine with CPU.
And if you want to mine with GPU, well than it all depends which coin you would like to mine. Because its not same if you have Nvidia or some AMD GPU. Know also that mining with GPU is more profitable than with CPU, as far as I know.
Or maybe you want to know which GPU to buy? In that case, just say price range and we shell advice you more.

If you only have a cpu and a motherboard, you still need ram, psu, hard drive and of course some gpus. Start building your own rig and then choose what to mine

Your question is undefined. Provide more details so we'll be able to help you efficiently. I will try to somewhat answer your question though.
From what you've said, the CPU is one of AMDs APUs, with integrated graphics, not much you could actually do with it, other than mine some CPU coins such as monero, which isn't really worth the effort. You'll have to buy a decent GPU/s to actually be able to mine. What motherboard are you using? If you are unsure about your specs, install Speccy and post a screenshot here.
