no that really means most of the coins get listed at decentralised crypto-bridge exchange and all qt wallets can be set to 127.0.0.1:9150 TOR proxy. As for the zerocoin protocol that really needs some implementing at the dev side. So actually there's 3 layers of anonimity two of which are present for almost any coin out there Wink and our lady Ke$h the g-ddess of Cryptolaundering Libertarianity states we have to get a 4th layer of anonimity by visiting a TOR proxy via some VPN server connected to open web. Though that won't help as people would be deanonimized as soon as they do the BTC/fiat conversion somewhere. And if they happen to be Kim Jong Un's goons they get sanctioned to hell
