A Social Trust Based, Hierarchical, Atomically Distributed Block-Chain with Consensus by a Random-Active Representative Public

Noble Nation is built on the Chakra Node Cloud operating on the Chakra protocol, a distributed network of nodes that immutably store and retrieve data and process transactions in a cryptographically secure, deterministic, completely decentralized and distributed manner for Chakra Entities.

Social Trust Based
Chakra nodes are owned and hosted by a cryptographically trusted sovereign individual member who is bound by the noble principles and is the moral authority for actions carried out by that node.

Atomically Distributed
In contrast to the current block chains, data is distributed across the node cloud in atomic block chains that stores the historic evolution of a single piece of data identified by an individual address in the Chakra address space. The Chakra Address Space is split into segments and Nodes are assigned zones that cover one or more segments, depending on the hierarchical tier they are assigned.

Hierarchically Replicated
Chakra Node Cloud forms a hierarchy of tiers in a B-Tree fashion. Nodes are assigned to tiers according to a Node’s compute capacity and a figure of merit of the Node’s Owner (e.g. the social reputation of the owner). In the lowest tier, a zone maps to a single address segment. This hierarchy forms a replication and validation chain for each address segment called the Segment Authority Chain (SAC).

Consensus by a Random-Active Representative Public (Re-public)
By actively randomizing the assignment of nodes to zones and limiting the tenure of a node in a zone, these nodes in the SAC become a statistically random (and hence not easily subverted) set of delegates that represent the whole population. For a transaction to be committed to an address in a segment, all the nodes in the SAC must validate the transaction and reach consensus.

The above features together, effectively distributes the data and transaction load across the node population while achieving robust fault tolerance, security and determinism.

Blockchain is the game changer. Hi - Our aim is to qualify to be listed on Bittrex by the end of the ICO (tradeable by 1800 UTC on 23 June 2018). Once we are listed on there, we will consider listing on other exchanges depending on our token holders needs. In the meantime, of course you can use a decentralized exchange such as EtherDelta.

I would not blame them much because we have seen such bright ideas used to scoop people's money in the past and the project was not seen through. I would advice you make your proposal to corporate bodies that would be willing to sponsor the project with more developments, especially in marketing and promotion; that's if they don't steal your ideas and discard you anyway. Most ICOs list large teams - we noted its easy to find people through bounties, online work sites and the services section of bitcointalk to list on these projects. Many ICOs list outright fake identities. Which is why 90% are scams.
We are committed to quality over quantity and upholding the Noble principles that we are espousing.

Yes, it is a Herculean task, and it cannot be achieved by two people, but the beauty of Chakra and Noble Nation is in its simplicity. The tech coupled with the philosophy and the frameworks naturally brings forth the Noble goals. Our job is to mature the technology and to promote it so that those who care can adopt it and bring forth the results.

I am a software engineer of over twenty years experience, and I'm confident of taking the core tech to maturity myself (I believe Satoshi built the first implementation of Bitcoin by himself) - its just a question of time. Having the funding and the community support will make things much easier and faster.

Noble Nation cannot be brought forth by commercial interests - it has to be brought forth by the goodwill of the human community. The technology and the platform cannot be owned by anyone.
The Noble Nation platform is the ideal democracy. All current crypto platforms are either Plutocracies or Oligarchies no better than the governments and institutions we have already. this will always be the case as long as there is a commercial interest.

I believe before all these money hungry ICO scams started, this was what ICOs were for - to independently fund promising new block-chain based tech and ideas.

Unfortunately it seems these days the crypto/ico crowd is 99% people trying to make a quick buck and not really interested in the tech or the principles any more. We still haven't started the mainstream marketing to people outside the crypto/ico community, but we are confident we will get the support we need when we go to these communities.

As for stealing our ideas, One of the objectives of this was to publicly publish this so someone else couldn't patent similar tech. We are against the intellectual property rights system as it is one of the tools that sustain injustices in the world (Noble Nation provides alternative innovation and creatives frameworks).
