I was building a gpu rig, and the idea was to do what I can blow money on now, and have room to grow slowly as the money becomes available. The rig itself isn't much but check out the frame. I wanted to stay away from metal or other conductive materials because I think it's stupid to risk a loose wire shorting out everything. Plus I'm cheap.
I saw it on amazon and I was like "that can't be right". I  checked the measurements and it was too good to be true. I couldn't get the measure of the space between the slats but I took the total length divided by 2 and assumed that they were equidistant and equal to the width of the slats, which would make it ideal. Still too good to be true. But hey, 22 bucks, free shipping,  and if it doesn't work out I can stick it in the hall. It came. It's all true. Each space holds a card comfortably.

Pics don't load but hey worth a shot.  Crazier things have happened so anything you can do to eliminate risk is a good thing.

The rig itself is a Asus b250 mining expert mobo with an intel Celeron g3930, a 250gb SanDisk ssd, and a seasonic 1300w platinum psu. I currently have 4 rx580s (8gb). I have more gpus, but only 4 on the new one.

I can't seem to get the pictures working. This is the shoe rack, but I paid a lot less for it, 22 bucks and I have prime so free shipping no tax. About 2 weeks ago.

I wanted to show off my new rig, who doesn't.  But the important thing is that you don't have to pay a lot for a frame, or make your own out of 2x4s. Even at 30 bucks the shoe rack is cheap, and the slots are right. No screws no zip ties,  the cards just sit there all nice.

Yes I agree, we better make your own, it's cost-effective. Please check my reply to load the image; it should work at jr. member level.

Your pics aren't loading because:

1) You have to put the slash inside the [.img](without the dot).

2) Your imgur links have to be direct. In your case this means your image links should be https://i.imgur.com/B4WnA6Y.jpg and https://i.imgur.com/tamKtpb.jpg

If formatted correctly your images should display properly. I have posted them below for other people's convenience

It's called mining hack, lol. But with $30 seems like too expensive (Amazon price), your cost looks better, my DIY wood rack costly around $15.

Aha, but that's not my favorite. R9 295X2 (middle one) is my favorite. Power hungry, but stronger.

That's my old rig before I'm moving to my new place.
