Where does the money go?

Probably the money goes back into fiat(or to stocks and commodities but it is less likely). There is also a probability of it going into whales' pocket.

When will it be back?

There is currently an opposition between stock market and crypto market, stocks and indices are so green so probably you are right, whales  shift all the money to that market most probably. I am totally not an financial expert here but by starting a topic like that help me to interact and get a little more knowledge about it. If I sound silly im sorry

The market will continue to bleed until the selling starts to decrease. And then a reversal will happen and re-tests some resistance levels. Now when does this happens?

No one knows.... But you can make an educated guess  by using some technical analysis.

I think that it is going to happen sooner than later.. Maybe before the end of this quarter we are going to see a huge and succesfull increase, and we are not expecting that yet.

Bitcoin will be at least at $10,000 before the end of the year.

This is likely the result of the major up trend that happened late last year, which now results to a great down trend afterwards. It's really like ping pong against a wall. The harder you hit it, it will return as hard. So in this case, what happened was that the prices went up pretty high and ended up coming back terribly low.

What happened was that because those coins with them was not accounted for anymore, when they released it back into the economy it resulted to excess supply and that caused the market to have an imbalance in supply and demand. And also because of the sudden fall in prices it also resulted to a mass panic. It caused a domino effect in the market.

That would only mean that the world might not yet be ready for the cryptocurrency revolution as the market is easily affected by bad news and also mass panic occurs whenever there is a down trend like you said. Recently, I have noticed there have been a lot of negative news lately and, I believe, this is also the cause of the price drop. The FUD has been pretty strong since the start of the year, probably because of the whales cashing out and also some people forcing the FUD to bring down the price for purposes of the bitcoin futures.

it is not an April Fools Day fact that altcoins have been getting dumped hard so the market and the market cap that you quoted above has been falling hard. it is just a simple fact. and as for bitcoin the drop has slowed down significantly which can mean the drop is near the end since it is becoming harder to go lower because of the bigger buy support.

But this is definitely April fools day fact :

Altcoins are being dumped for almost two months now. They rise and they fall, what else do you expect? That's how it should work otherwise people just get rich real easy which not everyone wants. Markets are functioning very well and instead of complaining, you can find a way to earn profits just how the other smart people are.

Is this a good time the market filter the bad and good investors. Like a huge amount of investors (50%+ ) who think this is a place to “play” to have easy money have to leave it? The good ones who truly understand blockchain technology as well as believe in crypto will stay?

Is it true about a theory that says if the market bleed enough blood, people are in despair thats when the bull will run? And to break out the trend the cash has to come back from governments, financial funds, billionaires...throwing their money in? ( what else?)

Gotcha! I also believe that at some point this year we will moon. Probably in the second half ofnthe year alrrady but it's coming. There's no other way to go. I'm not just being positive here since at the moment i'm also at a huge loss but i know the market may take time so i'm cool with waiting it out.

When bitcoin is in a falling position those who do not understand anything often think negatively about it but still expect profit and increment it's unfair to bitcoin users like that, i keep calm in crypto keep buying or investing may be the way i keep buying and investing can reduce bleeding, not worsen with all the anxiety and spread riots in this forum.

yes buying is the only way to reduce the bleeding but if you are the only one who keeps on buying , then  you cannot expect to see big results and noticieable gains instantly. however if all the people have unite and decided to help buy bitcoin, we can now then expect to see a good results and we can possibly help the bitcoin out of misery. athough that may seems hard to do because majority of us are only depending on the free coins and give aways on this forum. the only way that we can help us out is those whales that can surely turn the tides at a single move.
