Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I do not think that it is easy for a Junior Member on the forum to be a bounty manager. I think that you need more audience in the forum and after that you can be a bounty manager.

It is rare to find someone from a non-member to become a manager with such low rank because most of the time i saw some high trust-ratings and a high rank level manager and most of them are handling more on the signature campaigns rather than bounty campaigns. |

1: If the manager who is been managing the numerous project. I am sure they will have the ann thread sample for sure. 2: It is called BBcode, there are separate people in this forum who can create a signature for ICO or any kind of project upon your wish. I want to be a good/ideal bounty Manager. I suggest some of the manager who are I find personally perfect in their work. Yahoo62278- He is best manager of this forum who was and is giving the promotion for the top projects. Very friendly, strictly towards spammers and alt users. He will allow the guys to participate whoever can give promotion all the corner. atriz- He is co-founder of ALU services and his team can help in all the aspects of ICO project here in this forum including bb coding as you expect. Mostly he choosen DT and best quality posters. These both were undoubtedly well good in managing any kind of bounty. Check and consult with them how to be a perfect manager. |

If you want to be a campaign manager then you would have to be familiar with Excel. Learn that if you don't know it. |

I don't think it will be easy to become a bounty manager in this forum. A lot of people on this forum want to become a manager for some campaigns, but it required a lot of work, and you should be involved more in the forum and have a good idea about managing bounty, it's not easy at all. As I see, you should first increase your rank, because rarely I see a low rank member manage a bounty campaign or something like that.

You will need to rank up first before people will trust you! most of the successful manager are full members to legendary accounts because people doesnt want to trust lower rank managers here because most of the time these scam projects are coming from the lower rank managers i am talking about the newbie to member rank.Manager normally are posting threads so yes you can design the bounty thread or the ANN,but you can find someone who can do that and it doesnt matter,you can hire signature designers in exchange to some stakes in your campaign. |

Being a respected member of the community is a must, as well as being a good rank(I'd say sr. member or higher). Still there are many people that want to become bounty managers and even if you are a high rank projects might want to hire already experienced people that already managed multiple successful campaigns in the past. |

I was also thinking about this because I would like to be bounty manager. But I can imagine that this is a very hard work where you can not allow mistakes and concentration to be at the highest level. We all would like to be a bounty manager, but in reality, rarely of us could do it well.
