The current state of limbo may drag on for some time yet, but personally, I expect the interest toward crypto assets to start rising again in a few months or in about a year in the very worst case scenario. It took almost two years for the repercussions of the Mt. That's something that needs to be proven yet because as what i have observed, bitcoin has down for about 3 times at 6,000$ already sin the start of this year but it doesn't went to 5,000$ mark yet. Really, I do not know why some people derive pleasure in trying to see how the market gets so down even without reasoning or using their head. The market can get to anywhere, no doubt, not too low, because it is a market, but coming to tell us all these, really makes no sense, because no one can use TA to predict the future. In my view, those people who are paying attention to FUDs, including myself by replying to this thread are the ones to be blamed for the indirect support of such FUDs. I am expecting above $40,000 by end of this year hence there could be no more down trend and we may see prices to regain their power to rally at any time.

I'm glad you said this because it makes it less likely to occur.   Markets are counter intuitive, everyone and his dog are trying to get ahead of the game to get the maximum profit possible.   All of capitalism is based off this idea pretty much, a competitive market out thinks itself.   The likelyhood of a straight line or simple trend like you outline continuing at the point most people believe it to be obvious and 'sure thing' becomes far less.    A price which only does one thing becomes free money to traders to short or go long, it never works out that easy.    If that really is the easy conclusion now I would bet on this area of support being generally respected and a shake of the easy shorts that have accumulated occurs.

Very simple idea - short positions are at an all time high for bitcoin and the price has failed to really drop at all.    Maybe theres some selling but not enough to justify such large short values.   A short seller is a future buyer, write that down because that then becomes the most likely future trend.

Long term I cant say as easily but you could bet against the sheep being smart here really.

Stay as chill as you can because nothing like that is going to happen sooner or later. The thing is that bitcoin is going to increase all the way because April has commenced and by the mid of the year we all know that bitcoin has to increase. this is just a mere Bullshit, I do not think prices will fall anymore. the price may not fall below the $ 4,000 - $ 5,000 mark.
