bitcoin is not tax but investment today that uses technology today in my opinion and I feel that taxation may be wrong and it would be nice to stay up to the present and be silent until the market goes up investors also participate in refusing taxes

In my opinion, taxation is being collected by any government because it is part of the law, but if we talk about bitcoin it is decentralized that government has not the who regulates every transactions that's why how come it is a tax.

It is a digital crypto currency and no government dictate or hold it or manipulate the price ,volume ,volatility etc. I believe that bitcoin is not a tax because tax must be under the government regulation and bitcoin is not really depend on the government. yes bitcoin is like a lottery or any other kind of gambling since it is verry risky due to its volatility .  we can loose or win in this business but i dont agree that bitcoin is a tax because we arent tax here whenever we buy or hodl a bitcoin  . bitcoin isnt hold by a government so theres no known tax here .  if you mean volatility and tansaction fees well that is totally different from tax or being taxed because the charges are not going thru the development of the crypto ecosystem .

I agree. Tax happens because of the intervention of the government. It is their power over things. The tax is given to the thing or tje service or a product that is under control of the government. That is why i believe that Bitcoin do mot have tax because it has a decentralized system.
