Software idea: Price fluctuation warner

I have an idea, to make a software which sends you an e-mail when the price of bitcoin is below or above a certain price you set.

The software would start up when you start your PC and constantly check the price of bitcoin every 2 hours, if the price is below whatever amount you set or above any amount you set it would send you an e-mail and a window will appear informing you of the price.

Would anyone be interested in using it? Then I'll make it... let me know.

The software will work only in windows.

I could also make it so that you set inside the interface the time/delay how often to check the price.
