This is really hard to be honest,and participating in bounty of course you won't lose your time right?? so in my experience, you have to choose the project which has a better future by reading their whitepaper and also the popularity is very important here, the more popular the project the more chance for the coin will be successfull and of course, you will get more.

Mostly bounties distirbute their stakes to particants 30 days or so after completion of the campaign as they have to check the stakes and manually distribute the tokens to hunters. They are as well double checking the participants accpu ts to avoid multiple accounts and they even put KYC in the project before distribution to check every partcipant's account furthermore.

I do not see the transparency of bounty management websites because of the large number of participants making the calculation of the reward very difficult. I also joined the campaign from the bounty management website and the result was not good.
