CLOUDBET and their eternal "pending"

When you use cloudbet there are 2 things that you can take for granted.

1) it you lose the bet, the ticket will be graded IMMEDIATELY as a loss.

2) if you win the bet, you can wait for HOURS or DAYS until they grade it as a win and you can withdraw your money.

At this moment, more that 24 hours have passed and my ticked is still "pending". I've emailed them twice and i get no clear answer of how long this will take....

Hope this post helps so they can decide to grade my ticket.

they put a spoke in my wheel , i will never trust them anymore. similar case as you. i have won 5 out of 9 betslip in pending long time ago and guess how long it takes to get in touch with support? a week! and withdraw it in 3 weeks! even they can confirm my bet was won in the end , the support are poor handling complaints.

i got bad experience there so i decide to blacklist them.

Cloudbet's site has been in arrears to numerous players for the past year now with their withdrawals not handled within a 24 hour period of getting graded or if at all if the player doesn't contact their support usually by a ticket since their live chat is non-existent any longer.
I would say they have abandoned their site and do not care any longer about how their site operates any more.

haven't used cloudbet for sportsbetting since long time , but yesterday deposited 0.05 btc played some casino games and then requested a withdrawal and it was instant
to be honest if you can find similar lines in other sites with similar odds then go for that and avoid cloudbet , they aren't scamming money but your scenario has happened so many times with cloudbet and they handle the problems so slowly

as long as the site is still paying ,, I think nothing is wrong ,, because it is very common for some sites to determine a pure win ,, how much do you get from there?
this is not a bad reputation for cloudbet ,, they are still paying which is still a trusted site

All i can say that their support system do really sucks where they didnt even respond but basing on my own experience on using their site.I have experienced some delays too but not totally coming to a point on where i do delayed for how many weeks which i do only have maximum of 3 days before things was cleared up.After that incident i havent experienced any problems quiet odd that on some people they do experience it often.They arent a scam since we do know the reputation of this site as of current.

They don't have to be scamming money to be called as a bad service.If I win,I need my money back in seconds just like the way I deposited the money.Waiting for more than 30 minutes is a big NO and I would prefer a website which does this instantly.

So I win at 1 btc  == $10k and the release money when 1 btc == $8k,who's taking a loss ? They site paid but I got a huge marginal dip which is bad.

The fastest grading times (in any scenario: win / lose / push) in my experience in March:

1) Jetwin (1-10 minutes)
2) Nitro (1-30 minutes)

I did not find these website's name in the badbitcoin.org site. I hope they would not scam you. I suggest you to wait for a day of time and write a email to them, I am sure support team executive will come to assist you mate.
Else you can write a thread in the scam accusation section to report about them. Damn sure their owner or support guy will reply you there.

Yesterday night, after 50 hours my bet was cleared and i could withdraw my money.

I received a very polite email from cloudbet saying they were sorry and that the problem was solved.

I really used to like cloudbet, they have great lines and a very good variety of sports.... but the eternal pending of the ticket once you win, it´s terrible....

Good thing that your issue with withdrawing your earnings already been resolved, though the time delayed might affect your next decision
if you will continue playing from the house or you will now check for other options, I can agree with you regarding to odds and selection
which cloudbet offers and I do use the site as well but only my little spare btc. Good luck to your next venture.

I wont disagree that they do have good variety of sport and a very clean,user-friendly interface which you can easily tab in on the things you do want to play but when it comes to support they do really have an issue and they must fix or changed this way if they do like to maintain or increased potential gamblers in the site.

For now the issue had been resolved and its a good thing that they do apologize on such delay. You should locked this thread to prevent further replies which isnt already necessary.
