Not noob questions PayPal accepts this VCCs. You can use every name you want with the credit card.

sorry, it is a bit complicate

x-rates means the rates into another currency from the card, the card is USD.

For refilling, you must buy another card and wrote a notice to us within the order process.

The bitcoin rate is Mt.gox and will refresh every 30 minutes;)
