Its very informal so you can just order me to do whatever and I will ask for what seems fair.
So I can just give you a custom program or turn it into an API that you may want to communicate it through.
Imagination is your limit.
Things that you want to scrape may include login pages ETC, however you would need to provide me the login account to use and please don't blame me if you get banned for using the bot. I will accept payment in BTC.

2.What are your sources of scrapping data ? Do you support offline scrapping ? Do you use crawlers,advanced functions which uses filters while scrapping the data ? I have done similar projects in python but unfortunately failed at scrapping data which had restrictions.

I'm not sure what you mean by filter here but if you mean just extract useful info then yes I can do that
