Can't believe someone could put out so much effort to write a post this long, with pics they made... and yet the whole thing basically is trash with no value and a poor attempt at reverse psychology.

If I was Sir Theymos I would put a temporary ban on merit threads. Like for three months any thread opened would be deleted and all suggestions would need to be done in the merit and new ranks requirements thread. It is tiring. I wish I could give negative merit.
By the way, Sir Hilarious&co, how to become a Lamborghini member? I want to become one  Lol. I rally wish this will come true. It is so frustrating to read new threads everyday regarding their opinion about this merits system. When will they learn to accept that such system really exist? Yes, we have this freedom of expression but it's really annoying now. At first, I give my sympathy, but now. Gosh, i really hope there is a negative merit. |

That reverse psychology worked in this case. People try it in different ways but it still works: 1) They break a forum rule and then ask the admin to delete if the post is violating any rule. From inside they know that they are violating the rule, there is no need of making that post if they know that they are breaking rule. 2) A reverse of this is some people post messages on walls like do not throw garbage here and others do the opposite. |

Sorry but I already read a lot of thread's like this and I know already what is the content of this kind of post. Not telling that your a shitposter but there's nothing we can do about the merit system, its already implemented and has a good result in the forum. Live with it. Give time to your post, dont get obsessed, merits will come. Yeah, you don't have to post that you don't want a merit instead accept it. Do you know why did they give you merit? They give you merit because they think you deserve it if this day or another day you didn't received one that means you don't deserved it. Merit is already in this forum. The reason why the admin implemented a merit system is to improve this forum not all about giving and receiving merits. Why don't you thank yourself for receiving merits because someone think that you deserve it because of what you did. Being humble is not bad. Let's be happy that the admin try their best to keep this forum the best there is. |

Really? Are you serious that Copper members has higher chances to get merits than normal users? Only constructive users can earn merits for their constructive threads (and it should be like this). Well if copper members bought the membership to enable them to post images, that should reduce their merit earning potential, as some awarders will put them on ignore. If they bought the membership to help them with their bounty programme spamming, and they are being awarded merits by the spamming community, then maybe that is something that should be investigated. The whole point of the merit system is to reduce the activities of bounty spammers.

OP, if you are not getting any merits, it doesn't mean that you are not welcomed here. it means that you are showing your weakness by caring too much about merits. we don't like weak people. if you want to get any merits, start with bullying garbage posters and hungry forum members or show some young pussy on camera. not only TMAN but even admin would merit you. |
