I don't trust tether because last year they had problem of withdrawal to wallet and I found out that two types of usdt exists ,sounds confusing and I just ignore it ,I'm better off using usdc now as alternative

Not everyone believes in Tether but the development is quite good, the market capitalization is also higher than Tron, everyone has the right to assess the Tether according to his observations.

Tether is been through the a lot of controversial issues in the past but we have to bear one very important fact in mind... Tether is still here... They go through up and downs but they still manage to maintain their position in the market, this is admirable

In my opinion tether is a basis of crypto currency , it is a part of ecosystem and if teth scams, then whole crypto system will be under pressure.
By the way we need more stable coins!

I don't believe it and thanks God now we have many alternatives. So now I diversified to almost every famous stablecoin - USDC, GUSD, TUSD, PAX and USDT too...

maybe you should learn a little bit more about each of the stable Coins and not lay them out in 10 of them. and it is better to choose only two?

Tether is staying in crypto market it could rank up in the future. Actually, whether we like it or not every altcoins was/is facing each struggles and accusations. We have our own opinions but it couldn't stop the legit and strong coin. I visualized tether with the other coins making the future convenient.

basis ? you mean to say base ? well its not .  bitcoin is the real base of cryptos  , so if tether scams or fails then you can expect that cryptos will still be normal  .  though yes we need more stable coins because they are helpful especially in this kind of market that we are facing right now  .

I don't believe it and thanks God now we have many alternatives. So now I diversified to almost every famous stablecoin - USDC, GUSD, TUSD, PAX and USDT too...

as they say , the more the merrier . why go for two if other stable coins were also good ?

No way! i strongly advice to stay away from Tether.. i had already recieved subpoena from the USA goverment.. it is a bomb that will explode sooner or later.. you better dont have anything on Tether when it is demonstrated that there is no real backing in US$!

I trust tether because it is almost on all exchanges. IMHO without usdt we would still watch the price for bitcoin around $ 100 Wink But BTC as for me is a safer place for me.

I don't. How they get away with the way they run their business is unbelievable.
Tether could potentially destroy the market if the American government pursue this matter.

https://btcmanager.com/summary-on-tether-and-where-were-at/
Why the government pursue this matter if they can get profit to that coin right? Government always agree if they can get anything on the things that can help them positions and people.

Of course there are no real ways that today can really help in really checking the Tether project to us personally. Because there are a lot of factors that are hiding on purpose. So just believe

I think almost all crypto traders know that Tether ( USDT ) is scam coin, and in future something terrible can happen to it). That's why, Bittrex listed another coin, named TrueUSD, you d better to buy it.

True USD? What's the difference between that and tether please. Before now, I thought tether is just the USD in crypto form. Damn!!

I totally trust it, there has been a lot of rumors around it but yet it remain strong and hardly dip like other altcoin during a dip. Their team a great.

I do trust tether too. Infact, I wish all project that conduct bounties use tether as a means of payment. I wouldn't like to hear it packed up someday anyway.

Yes i have, why should not i? if you dont trust Tether you should do not trust Bitcoin too. You cant trust any of them but i never hold my money on Tether, always find a altcoin to invest.

with you on that one. I don't trust a company that isn't crypto at all. they're not transparent and rely on central banking partners which is annoying af. ampleforth did a good job comparing the difference between their project and tether which I found super interesting

Having stable backup coin has its own advantages but investor have to do his research before choosing it. Altcoins lose value day by day so fulling portfolio with different types of alternative cryptocurrencies will not bring any value to table.

As for me, the best strategy on the market is Don't trust anybody. If I need to buy stable coin I will buy several coins, like TUSD, USDT, USDC or others. YOu don't need to trust only 1 coin.

In general, I have the same attitude to the USDT project as to other projects, although probably the attitude is much better, because it makes sense to pay attention to the fact that now many projects have already exhausted themselves.
