I believe in positive thinking because it works very well, as reflected in the people's thinking and habit. Thinking  negatively will always affect people in a negative situation. The best method is to always think positively all the times.

I think positive thinking really works. Positive thinking helps you concentrate on solving the problem, so you don't waste time and energy on negative emotions. Thus, you quickly start thinking about what you can do, instead of remaining exhausted. Instead of scrolling through your head the same emotions of irritation, regret, and anger, you focus on the lessons you can learn from this situation and try to solve the problem in a creative way

Thinking positively definitely works but not in every situation though. I tried to share my positive vibe to a friend who lost his mother and it made it much worse because sometimes you need to fall or let it all out and then you can start to rise slowly.

Positive thinking works in an extend.

For example if i am thinking positive but i have constantly something or someone bother me or ruining my life i cannot overcome with positive thinking.

Hopefully  in the future i will manage to do it Smiley
