Bitcoin cash has the highest increase for few days but still it's an altcoin and it will never replace bitcoin on its throne. And it's now time to cash out especially for those people who are holding bitcoin cash, look on how big also the decrease of it right now, it was -15.41%.
It's market is very unpredictable but for sure whales there are manipulating too.

Bitcoin price is going down day by day..
Is bitcoin cash have that much potential to overcome the bitcoin?
bitcoin has a much larger community than bitcoin cash. economic law speaks when high demand or high support increases the value of goods.
but if all bitcoin users change their interest to bitcoin cash then the chance of bitcoin cash overtaking bitcoin will very likely happen.

Yes, I agree with this sentiment. BTC vs BCH truly is a classic "who will win it" scenario. I personally like BCH better than BTC, but I invest in both, so i win either way!!

In order for Bitcoin Cash to take over the entire market position, they will need to have the support of every exchange in order to do so. This is because if only one exchange switches the position of Bitcoin Cash to Bitcoin then this will cause confusion for exchange customers and the exchange will lose the trust of their customers. No exchange will want to take this risk by themselves and it is darn near impossible to get the exchanges to cooperate with each other at the same time. And this is just one of many factors.

Bitcoin cash now grows very fast as they are above $ 1k. This is a bit hard to achieve at Bitcoin Cash. The market has gradually recovered and they will dominate the market in the near future.
So just because there's a rapid growth to bitcoin cash's price it means that it can take bitcoin's place? You are missing the whole thing that bitcoin cash is the first fork of bitcoin and the whole community is still staying to bitcoin no matter how hard the BCH devs to advertise and even take over the bitcoin twitter account and reddit subforum still bitcoin will remain. The dominance of bitcoin in the market will remain even in the future so this isn't a question that goes to my mind and it's a never.

Bitcoin will be forever the Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash is another BTC fork and altcoin. But there is anything to have another altcoin in the market. Many will have respective function and all complement the shole dynamics of crypto. The next wave should be utility tokens.

We need utility token to take off, something that has use cases other than blockchains.

Of course not, because it is always a fork, not a native one. If you want to improve Bitcoin, you can do a better job of remaking it to the ether, instead of borrowing the bit in the bifurcation way, but there will be no greater development prospects.

Bitcoin's growth in the market is inevitable. Because the demand for this type of currency is very large. If the price for Bitcoin grows, then the price will rise for other similar currencies. As a trace for the convenient exchange of this currency will appear and cash.

Look at this moment then you will be surprised. Bitcoin prices have increased significantly. With the increase in bitcoin prices that occur today there will be increased confidence in bitcoin, now bitcoin become more popular. I am happy with the market conditions that always show a positive trend, hopefully this can continue until later. Oh yes that bitcoin cash price can be quite stable at this time, but until now I still do not believe that bitcoincash will have a big role in making changes to the current market crypto. Bitcoin is still a majority and the other is a minority.

Bitcoin has a lot of followers. According to statistics, it is still rising. Bitcoin cash, you know. So it cannot replace Bitcoin, now or in the future.Bitcoin is a legend.

I do not think so. BCH is not capable of replacing the BTC. BCH is just a fork from the BTC, so it will never pass the original. BTC is the most popular and is still being upgraded over time, so BTC is still king in the next few years.

The Difference Between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash

In mid July 2017, mining pools and companies representing roughly 80% to 90% of Bitcoin computing power voted to incorporate a technology known as a segregated witness, called SegWit2x. SegWit2x makes the amount of data that needs to be verified in each block smaller, by removing signature data from the block of data that needs to be processed in each transaction, and having it attached in an extended block. Signature data has been estimated to account for up to 65% of data processed in each block, so this is not an insignificant technological shift. Talk of doubling the size of blocks from 1mb to 2mb in November has ramped up, and is expected. This would also go some ways in improving Bitcoin’s scalability. In mid-October, Bitcoin scientists from Bitcoin Unlimited revealed they had mined the world's first 1GB block, 1,000 times bigger than the normal size.

Bitcoin Cash is a different story. Bitcoin Cash was started by Bitcoin miners and developers equally concerned with the future of the cryptocurrency, and its ability to scale effectively. These individuals had their reservations about the adoption of a segregated witness technology, though. They felt as though SegWit2x did not address the fundamental problem of scalability in a meaningful way, nor did it follow the roadmap initially outlined by Satoshi Nakamoto, the anonymous party that first proposed the blockchain technology behind cryptocurrency. Furthermore, the process of introducing SegWit2x as the road forward was anything but transparent, and there were concerns that its introduction undermined the decentralization and democratization of the currency.

On August 1st, some miners and developers initiated what is known as a hard fork, effectively creating a new currency: Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Cash has implemented an increased block size of 8mb, to accelerate the verification process, with an adjustable level of difficulty to ensure the chain’s survival and transaction verification speed, regardless of the number of miners supporting it. This has raised concerns about the security of Bitcoin Cash.

So, the answer would be: it depends on the community which coin will they prefer over the other

I suppose that Bitcoin cash surely will gain, and it might happen even this Summer, but it does not mean that it will take the place of Bitcoin. Bitcoin will remain the leader in the market.

I don't think that bitcoin cash will take place at bitcoin although bitcoin cash has the possibility to do this. still, most people still choose bitcoin as the king of the cryptocurrency. maybe bitcoin cash will be another coin in the cryptocurrency that will use as an adjusting the price for every coin in the future. but still, we don't know about this and we can only make a prediction base of what we read on the bitcoin projects and everything can happen in the cryptocurrency. let the time answer this and for now, I think it is better that we collect more bitcoin and bitcoin cash and sell it at the highest price.

I agree i don't think bitcoin cash BCH will overtake the bitcoin BTC due to bitcoin has been upgraded by the community of BTC than bitcoin cash BCH, will many upgrading comes to bitcoin BTC in the future, it is mean bitcoin BTC one steps more good than bitcoin cash BCH at least for today and the other reason many people are familiar with bitcoin the symbol BTC BTC than bitcoin cash with BCH.

I didn't think it could go beyond BTC.
Because no matter how good it is, it's just a fork, so we can create more good forks, and they're not bitcoins.

Is bitcoin cash have that much potential to overcome the bitcoin?

no. definitely no. even it is a million potential, if it is only potential, it will never be greater than bitcoin. the name itself, it came from the root word "bitcoin" so it will never be greater than its roots.

As the btc price depreciate so also btc cash prices falls, there are so many markets and services that accepts btc as a medium of exchange and trading and such influences the price movement either upward and downward.

I do not see btc cash price going above 50% of btc value in the nearest future unless if btc is totally abandoned by users.
