No one truly knows when a bear market will end, we're still in a bear market as of right now, but if you really consider whats happening with the charts, we still havent really broken market structure and some would argue we've only been moving sideways for a while. Nevertheless, i believe its good to expand your horizons in times like this especially with accumulating assets. For now it is, I don't wholly trust it, but I like this kinds of changes because, at least, it shows that the market has the capacity to stand back up after weeks of dip after dip. Also, it's a good time for some investors and traders to actually cash out or get some return, because however small this margin is, it's still better than nothing. Seeing the market green is also a good start for many coins to start recuperating to get they values back.
