Hi.
Reasoning about the sale of tokens faced with a misunderstanding.
It turns out that security tokens are a security (dividend model).
That is, if each dividend is paid for each token, then it becomes a security token.
As far as I understand the securities - they should be traded on stock exchanges such as: MICEX, NASDAQ and others
I correctly understand that if a token became a security, then it is obliged to bargain only on stock exchanges with the permission of special agencies and the passage of costly procedures?

And what usually, that the whole world could buy shares of the company, it is necessary to be added to several exchanges?

And one more question. Is there an example of a security token that is legally sold in USA or Europe?
