Since BTCGuild has swapped over to Stratum I haven't been able to get my x6500 FGPA working again.  I read everywhere that it works with BFGMiner, though I can't get it to show up as a device no matter what I try, even after copying the bitstream into the folder.  Any suggestions?

The device will show up fine in MPBM, just not once I swap to BFGMiner.  All of my other devices, ASIC's etc. seem to show up.  The serial number is printed on the molex connector and I have tried --scan-serial with no luck.  Is there a specific version or method you would suggest?  I was trying BFGMiner 3.4.0 with the x6500 bitstream, though the only devices it would show is my ASIC's that are plugged into the same machine.  My FPGA will still run in MPBM but not connect to the server because of Stratum requirements, it also shows up in my device list.

the easiest and quickest method would be go to mining.bitcoin.cz (slushes pool) and look through the FAQ section and download the stratum proxy http://mining.bitcoin.cz/mining-proxy-howto
once downloaded create a short cut
right click n the short cut
in the "run as target" line add -o "pool:port"

then point you MPBM miner to 127.0.0.1 as the pool 8332 as the port and it should mine
