Just added the 0.005 BTC bonus. If someone gets "server failed :/" when withdrawing, try it again. If you keep getting it, either the hot wallet is refilling or there is some other kind of internal error that I don't know the exact reason yet (this has been the case so far). The promotion is still going on, everyone that told me about their account number and meet the requirements of making a deposit and playing a few games (3 at least) have received the bonus.
So far 82 patterns have been hit, most of them being the "repeating stair" (5 2-steps stairs) and some "triple stair" (3-3-4-steps stairs). All the prizes for these hit were low due to the kind of pattern hit, current jackpot size, and also the low bet size, the largest one was close to 30000 satoshis with a "repeating stair" (which pays 10x less than triple stair).

I also see some other users requested the bonus before checking the second post in this thread. After you meet the requirements the bonus will be added. If you happen to find some issue, you might get another bonus. This is kind of addictive because the interface looks cool, but I think it's too simple of an idea to make me want to play with it for more than a few minutes. Thanks for the games!

Thanks for the input, any chance you can clarify what is too simple ? The < 5, >= 5 ? That part is indeed supposed to be too simple, zero introduction ever required. The pattern part is supposed to be more interesting since the player can affect it. I'm also preparing another version on top of this which will be a non-gambling game.

You hit the repeating stair pattern, which is formed by 5 2-steps stairs. In the current form, this is the easiest pattern to hit, and the one that pays the least (how much is paid also depends on how much you bet). If by win a patten you mean what you have to do to hit the the patten stair (a stair that goes from 1 to 10) then there isn't much I can tell except that you need to be very lucky. If you meant to ask how do you hit other patterns, then it is a combination of luck and skill to observe the current pattern and then deciding between resetting, or not, the right counters adequately. I don't have any kind of video of drawings illustrating some of the situations, maybe someone kind enough that got some experience in the game can post something ?

The second and third are recognized as patterns, they grant 10% and 100%, respectively, of the jackpot. The second pattern is an uniform one, and uniform patterns with higher counters grants more of the jackpot. 2-2-2-2...-2 pattern grants 20%, all 3s grants 30%, ..., 10-10-10-...-10 100%. The first would be a 3-3-4 pattern if it had the form of: 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3-4 (the 3-3-4 steps can be in any order). 1-3-4-4-5-8-10-1-2-3 is another 3-3-4 steps stair, and so on. All patterns in this form grants 1% of the jackpot. To be a valid pattern no counter can be 0. Hope this helps you, also check the Help menu as it contains some information about this.

Thanks Good question as it depends on how a stair is defined. For this game there are strictly increasing stairs and strictly decreasing stairs. A increasing stair finishes when the next step on it is less than or equal the current step. A decreasing stair finishes when the next step is greater than or equal the current step. So 1-2-3-6-7-8-9 is a single incrementing stair. In 1-2-3-3-7-8-9 there are two stairs, one with 3 steps and other with 4 steps. Answering your question: you don't hit a 3-3-4 pattern in this case. But if you reset the counter at 6, you would be at: 1-2-3-0-7-8-9-1-2-3 If the next roll results in the number 3, then now you would hit a 3-3-4 pattern as the counters would be: 1-2-3-1-7-8-9-1-2-3
