Lower the GPU core clock frequency, set voltage to default

bsod error suggests GPU driver being the culprit, did you run driversweeper before installing 11.7

i'm not getting bsods but i was not able to run two cards at the same time with 11.7

i quit down clocking memory to 280 and leave it at 600 and i dont any more bsods

yep.. downclocking memory gives me a bunch of headaches on 5850s.  Since the cards run pretty cool, i just leave mem at stock.
