Nobody in their right mind will exchange anything using PayPal because the transaction can be reversed by chargeback up to a month after the transaction.
See this video and others like it to understand why http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lr_7--e5A1g or just search for the keywords "paypal scam bitcoin"

Because they will only accept BTC obviously, or I would pay them with paypal or my credit card....

a way they feel is safe and I can also do from my computer...

The problem is those two don't go hand in hand very well, not in a timely matter at least.

Yea I guess thats true... I guess I didn't anticipate people not liking paypal..I mean I would even be willing to sending the money first before receiving the BTC..

I don't think your understanding. Bitcoin transactions are not reversible. It is analogous to sending cash in the mail. Once it's in the mailbox... it's gone.

Paypal transaction are reversible for a month. Sending from paypal first doesn't really matter.

Yea see I didn't realize that I guess...but two things.. 1. My paypal is my personal paypal they would have my real name and all my info if I took the money back or whatever your saying couldn't somebody just screw me over? and 2. Is there really no other alternative? It seems that if I had a prepaid credit card and gave somebody the number to put it in their paypal first that would be fine would it not?
