Have considered western union? Your going to pay a premium but that is the cost of speed at 10pm EST.

Dwolla would be my next best bet.
Use Dwolla to transfer bank money -> Mt. Gox -> BTC

No I haven't considered it but it looks like how things are lookin that I'll have to suck it up and do something like that...
