No one can say for certain if we  can go back to $19K as it will took a lot of money to pour on the market. So to be able to achieved it again, we need some fresh blood to pump the market, sadly, we have not seen any significant news as of late to stir some interest to those  new investors or even traditional one who have been in the market for so many years.

However, what we can do is just hope that there will be a lot of positive news from today up to the end of the year so that at least new all-time-high can be hit. I think you have typo error up there? You want to say 19000 USD and not 1900 USD!! Because that was the highest prices that we have seen around the crypto world for bitcoin. The prices like that needs Market Cap to reach above the value of 300 Billion which was the case when we saw the ATH prices last year. Now this years condition is currently way down the line and to get such huge price peaks we really need to have consistent investment going on in the market which I think establishing right now. We can hope to see at least 10K or around rates by the end of this year for sure and I am not sure about ATH rates because last year and this year, the external and internal factors are completely different.
